Videobank E-mail Migration.
As we announced in the three previous communication via e-mail, on the 19th of September we proceeded with the e-mailbox
migration to the Google Apps platform.
However, to guarantee the best service possible to our users, we have decided to extend
the period of time that we have allowed for the confirmation of the mailbox migration,
to the 15th of January at 11:00.
Therefore, we are inviting you to proceed and confirm the mailbox migration immediately because,
as we have specified in our previous e-mails (see below) we can not guarantee to maintain the same
name of account that you currently have, on the new platform.

Important Communication for Videobank Users
IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION FOR USERS OF VIDEOBANK E-MAIL SERVICES: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE FOLLOWING MESSAGE.
We would like to inform you that, thanks to our recent Partnership with Google, and in order to improve the current e-mail service, we are proceeding
with the migration of our electronic mail solution service to the Partner Google Apps platform. We will still administrate your mail domain, and you can
keep, if you wish, your current email address.
We are going to briefly list the main benefits of our new solution:

To proceed with the migration and the confirmation of your email address, it is necessary to click on the
link which is at the end of this message. By following this procedure, you can keep the same email address
of your current mailbox. Your current mailbox will work properly until the 19th of SEPTEMBER at 18:00.
IMPORTANT: BE AWARE THAT THE PROCEDURE OF YOUR CONFIRMATION MUST BE
COMPLETED BY 18:00 OF THE 19th OF SEPTEMBER 2008. OTHERWISE IT WOULD NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO SEND OR RECEIVE EMAILS, YOUR
MAILBOX WILL BE DEACTIVATED AND IT WILL NOT BE REACTIVATE.
On the 22th of SEPTEMBER 2008 the new mailbox will be fully operative, and
you will be able to send and receive messages. We are planning to transfer all
the current messages from your old mailbox to the new one by the 3rd of
Therefore, the old messages will be available in your mailbox.
If you do not want to proceed with the migration of the mail service and
therefore you do not want to confirm your Account, we would like to make it
clear once again that the mailbox will no longer be available for sending and
receiving messages from the 19th of September 2008, whilst it will be available for
the reading of the old messages until the 29th of January 2009 (the day in
which we will turn off the old server).
Once again we would like to repeat that for those who do not confirm the
new electronic mailbox by the 19th of September 2008, they will not be able to
make use of the migration service nor be able to ask for the reinstatement of
the old mailbox on the new service. It will only be possible to re-access it
only if it still available on the new server.

To confirm your mailbox and to be able to carry on using it on the new

For Users that use more common clients of electronic mail (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora) they must update,
from the 20th of September, the configuration of their accounts by inserting the new server POP3 or IMAP and SMTP.
